A short while ago, we informed you about the impossibility of maintaining our original dates for the eighth edition AFRICA CEO FORUM, the 9-10 March.
The health crisis is evolving rapidly in the United States, in Europe, and also now in Africa, as can be seen from the number of measures taken in recent days in several countries. This has forced us to accept and suffer with you this painful situation which does not offer any alternative for now.
Since 1960, Jeune Afrique Media Group – the proprietor and organiser of the AFRICA CEO FORUM – has believed in the rise of Africa. Our confidence remains intact, and our will to accompany it will only be redoubled after this crisis is behind us.
We will keep our participants regularly informed by email, in the weeks ahead, about how we plan to reschedule the event that has become, thanks to you, the largest annual gathering of Africa’s private sector. As you will understand, this rescheduling, along with that of the Group’s other events, will depend on a significant amelioration of the current epidemic, and also on the different measures taken around the world and primarily in Africa.
Again, we thank you for the confidence that you show in our company, in the good times, and even more so in these difficult moments.
