Aïcha Touré has been CEO of Orange Mobile Money Mali since 2019. Committed to promoting digital and financial inclusion in Africa, she is actively involved in the investment committee tasked with Orange Mali’s 2G/3G licence renewal and acquisition of a 4G licence. Ms Touré joined Orange in 2017 as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. In this role, she was responsible for Orange Mali’s four-year strategic plan while serving on the board of directors, where she was in charge of strategy, innovation, business development and transformation.
