Cina Lawson is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Harvard University. A former consultant specializing in telecommunications policy and regulation at the World Bank in Washington DC, she also worked for Alcatel-Lucent in Paris and Orange. In 2012, Cina Lawson was selected as a “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum. Having served as Minister of Postal Affairs and Digital Economy since 2013, she has worked actively on issues related to digital transition in Togo and Africa.
