Fatim Cissé

Founder, Dux Côte d'Ivoire and Managing Director, IHS Towers Côte d'Ivoire

Fatim Cissé is a woman entrepreneur, born on March 31, 1983, with a degree in Economics, a Master in Management from HEC Montreal and a Senior Executive Program from Harvard Business School. With a degree in Artificial Intelligence, she is the founder of Dux Côte d’Ivoire and Managing Director of IHS Towers Côte d’Ivoire.


After a career in Canada that began in 2005, she returned to Côte d’Ivoire in 2011 where she joined Ericsson and took over the management of human resources for the subsidiaries in Côte d’Ivoire, Benin and Togo. From 2013 to 2018, she managed the human resources department of the Ivorian subsidiary of the telecom group IHS Towers. An expert in artificial intelligence development, she founded her company Dux Côte d’Ivoire in 2018, where she is the general manager.

In 2020, she rejoined IHS Towers and was placed at the head of the group’s Ivorian branch. She becomes the first woman to hold the position of general manager within the group.


Awards and Distinction 

In August 2019, she was decorated by Grand Chancellor Henriette Dagri Diabaté and received the medal of Chevalier in the National Order. In 2019 and 2020, she is successively included in the first two editions of Who’s Who in Côte d’Ivoire, the bible of Ivorian excellence.
