Delivering a broadband Africa

A full-fibre Africa would live up to these expectations. In fact, a 10% increase in broadband penetration in Africa could yield a 2.5% increase in GDP per capita. Accordingly, what steps should be taken to achieve universal access to broadband connectivity in Africa? How could this technology help African countries to emerge stronger in a post-COVID world?
