Jennifer is the Executive Director of the Center for Family Enterprises at the Kellogg School of Management, a top US business school. With a PhD from Wharton, she has extensive experience as a strategic consultant advising family business owners and leaders. Her highly successful career has led her to work with the best, including McKinsey & Company, a Wall Street firm and as the US leader of Egon Zehnder’s Family Business Advisory. She has also worked in the family office of one of the largest family entities in the US. Jennifer specialises in family business succession and continuity. Her family business clients have upwards of $10bn in revenues and some are even run by sixth-generation family owners.
