Mamadou Ismaïla Konaté

Lawyer and former Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Mali

Mamadou I. Konaté is a former Secretary of State for Justice of the Republic of Mali. He is a lawyer admitted to the Mali and Paris Bar Associations, as well as a registered Arbitrator working with the following institutions: ICC, CCJA, CECAM, CAMAR, CEPAM-CADEV. He is a recognised expert in OHADA law and his practice specialises in business and corporate law. He led the team of experts appointed to revise the Uniform Act organising collective proceedings for debt clearance. Based in Paris, he works as a lawyer and arbitrator between Mali, the OHADA countries, Paris and the rest of the world.
