After 25 years at the World Bank, Madani Maki Tall founded MMT Advisory and Strategy in Dakar, a management consulting firm specialising in the design of policies, development projects and investment operations in Africa. Mr Tall’s clients include several heads of state and government, the West African Central Bank (BCEAO), BOAD, the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), BADEA, HEC Paris and several private sector companies.
