Sidy DIOP
Sidy holds a PhD in Industrial Economics from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and is Director of the Africa team at Deloitte Economic Advisory in France. Specialising in energy markets in Africa, he has worked with regulators, operators and governments on market regulation, pricing, economic and financial evaluation of energy infrastructure projects, etc. He has also worked with the French government and the French Ministry of Energy and Mines on the development of energy infrastructure projects.
