Yves Sylvain MOUSSAVOU BOUSSOUGOU

A former student of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (E.N.A.) in Libreville and the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris), Mr. Yves Sylvain MOUSSAVOU BOUSSOUGOU, 49 years old, was appointed by the President, Head of State, on 19 February 2021, to head the monitoring instrument of the African Union. Yves Sylvain MOUSSAVOU BOUSSOUGOU, 49 years old, was appointed by the President of the Republic, Head of State, on 19 February 2021, as Executive Secretary of the National Council of the Transformation Acceleration Plan (CNPAT). He is a senior civil servant who, after a stint in ministerial cabinets, at the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Tourism and Handicrafts and then Youth and Sports, between 2000 and 2005, spent most of his career in inter-ministerial coordination, specifically at the Secretariat General of the Government since 2007, holding the position of Technical Advisor within this body before being promoted to Deputy Secretary General of the Government in 2009.
