Sanitary protocol

With the permanent support of the Ivorian State, our objective is to welcome you to the annual AFRICA CEO FORUM in the strictest respect of local and international sanitary measures.

No access to the event will be given to participants without a “vaccine passport”:

– A complete vaccination scheme;
OR
– A negative PCR test of less than 72 hours before the Opening of the Forum.

All persons working for the event and present on site will be required to be vaccinated and will carry out regular tests.

The measures are subject to change according to the evolution of the situation and in accordance with local and international recommendations.

We also inform you that vaccination against yellow fever is mandatory to enter Côte d’Ivoire.

Transportation

More than 14 airlines connect Abidjan International Airport to 130 international destinations non-stop. From the airport, hotel shuttles or cabs take you to the event.

Accommodation

Preferential prices have been negotiated at Sofitel Abidjan hôtel Ivoire for participants of the annual AFRICA CEO FORUM. The necessary information will be communicated to you later.

Visa

The following countries are exempt from the visa procedure for Côte d’Ivoire: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Chad, Togo and Tunisia.

For nationals of countries subject to visas, consular authorities will issue a visa for a maximum of three months. Participants’ attention is drawn to the length of the visa application process. It is recommended that you apply for a visa at least 4 weeks before your intended date of travel.

Côte d’Ivoire allows you to apply directly online via the SNEDAI platform, which reduces the time needed to obtain a visa. If necessary and at your request, the organizer will send you an official letter validating your participation. Due to the time required to obtain a visa, no request of this type will be processed after May 15, 2022.
