Lisa is currently leading the BCG Africa system. She joined BCG in 2006 in the Paris office and later moved to Casablanca to open the first BCG office in Africa. She has lead BCG’s operations in Morocco as Head of the Casablanca office from 2018 to 2023.

Lisa is deeply committed to advancing the economy, society and business opportunities in Africa. To that end, she has developed a deep expertise in the areas of strategy and reform, notably participating in multiple BCG engagements involving
