Zoë is a core member of BCG’s Social Impact practice focused on food systems and agriculture. She has extensive experience working with organizations across the African continent on both strategic and operational topics. Her expertise lies in large transformations, particularly orchestrating holistic change programs, and implementing mechanisms to sustain results over time. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School, is a TED Speaker and a fellow of the Archbishop Tutu Leadership Programme.
