Abdelhamid ADDOU

Abdelhamid ADDOU has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, starting his career in 1997 in FMCG companies (P&G, Coca-Cola), then a Telecom operator (Meditel/Orange Morocco), before being appointed, in 2008 by His Majesty the King, to lead the Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT). He played for 5 years a pivotal role in the development and launch of the Vision 2020 for the tourism sector.
After different top management positions, he was then appointed in 2016, by His Majesty the King, as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Royal Air Maroc Group, overseeing not only the airline but also its 12 subsidiaries across various aviation sectors.
Abdelhamid ADDOU plays also a prominent role on the global stage. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), member of the Executive Committees of the Arab Air Carriers Organization (AACO) and the African Airlines Association (AFRAA). Additionally, he serves as a member of the Governing Board of the oneworld alliance.
