Chief of Strategy, Naivas

Andreas has been leading strategy at Naivas, Kenya’s leading supermarket chain for the last 7 years. During this period the business has grown its store network to over 100 stores and undertaken several capital transactions, culminating in the investment in the business by IBL of Mauritius. Prior to his work with Naivas, Andreas had senior roles with private equity firms Lion Capital and Actis. He has over 20 years of investment and operating experience in the consumer and retail sectors.
