Felix LAMAH

Minister of Agriculture and Livestock , Guinea

Mr. Félix LAMAH is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration Publique (ENAP) in Montreal, Canada, one of the most prestigious public administration schools in the world. He also holds a number of advanced degrees, including a Master II in Human Resources Management from Senegal’s Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (SUPDECO).
He has 15 months’ government experience at the head of the Ministry of Transport. Mr. Félix LAMAH is known as a fearless and optimistic leader.
He began his career in the field of Human Resources, and has nearly 18 years’ experience in the management and development of human capital and organizations. Over the course of his career, he has successively held the positions of Director of Human Resources at Equipements et Techniques Informatiques (ETI-SA) in Guinea, LafargeHolcim Guinea, MTN (Guinea, Guinea-Bissau and Liberia) and Hydro-Québec in Canada as a human resources business partner.
Félix LAMAH became an Expert and Consultant and carried out several professional missions for public and private organizations, including the Primature of the Republic of Guinea.
On March 13, 2024, this expert in Change Management and orchestrator of numerous reforms at the Ministry of Transport was appointed Minister of Agriculture and Livestock of the Republic of Guinea.
