Jack KAYONGA
Group CEO, Crystal Ventures
Dr. Jack is the Group CEO of Crystal Ventures Ltd, the leading investment company and largest private sector employer in Rwanda. He is a career business leader with over two decades of solid experience and delivering transformational results as an investment and financial services professional. He has served in leadership roles in both public and private organizations, including BRD- Development Bank of Rwanda and Agaciro Sovereign Wealth Fund, as well as on significant boards, committees, and task forces.
He has been recognized with accolades that include Forbes Africa Young Business Leader of the Year, 2012. He is also a fellow at the World Economic Forum.
Dr. Jack holds a Doctorate in Business Leadership from SMC University, an MSc Degree in Finance and Banking from Cardiff University, and a BSc Degree in Economics from the National University of Rwanda.
