Kinapara COULIBALY graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris in 2001, then from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace in Toulouse in 2003. He began his career that same year in the UK as an embedded systems engineer with Schlumberger, the global oil services giant. He quickly moved on to positions of responsibility in the UK, France and the USA.
After 10 years with Schlumberger, he returned to Côte d’Ivoire in 2013 as an advisor to the President of the Republic, in charge of development projects. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director General of BNETD before becoming Director General in January 2016. Since then, his academic career has been enriched by an Executive MBA obtained at INSEAD (Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires) in Paris in 2018.
