Marcelle Balt is the Content and Program Director of Jeune Afrique Media Group. With 20 years of experience in content creation, event management and journalism, her focus areas include education, leadership development and media. She divides her time between South Africa and France. She has a Double Master’s degrees in Journalism and International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, and a Master’s degree in Community and Development from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
