Dr Babihuga-Nsanze is Chief Economist at the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC). She has two decades covering frontier and advanced markets. She was a director at Barclays Investment Bank, UK, where she led Sub Saharan Africa macro research.
She also held the position of Vice President at Moody’s Investors Service, focusing on sovereign credit ratings in Sub-Saharan Africa. She holds degrees in Economics from Smith College, USA, and a PhD in Economics from Clark University, USA.
