Mr Robert BEUGRE MAMBE is a general civil engineer with a number of projects to his credit, both in Abidjan and in the interior of the country (verification of the design calculations for the bridge between Yopougon and Attécoubé in 1977, calculations of the bridge over the Soleil district in Gagnoa, the bridge over the Téné river between Toumodi and Oumé and the bridge over the Mri between Bassam and Bonoua, etc.).

A keen researcher and forecaster, Ivorian politician, lay preacher in the United Methodist Church of Côte d’Ivoire, Member of Parliament, head of the elected (municipal) list for Songon, and recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the Lyon Business School (France), Robert BEUGRE MAMBE, 71, is the 2nd person on the Board of the Rassemblement des Houphouetistes pour la Démocratie et la Paix (RHDP – ruling party).
