Dr. Félix Edoh Kossi AMENOUNVE is the Chief Executive Officer of BRVM and the President of ASEA (Association of African Stock Exchanges). He holds a Doctorate in Administrative Sciences (Ph.D.), option Finance, obtained at Laval University in Canada in 1995. He is the architect of the major reforms of the WAEMU (UEMOA) financial market and is considered one of the most influential finance specialists in Africa.
