Agnès Diallo is Chairwoman and CEO of IN Groupe, a major player in the secure identity and trust services global market. She has held leadership positions for over 20 years in both private companies and institutional organizations in France and Europe. Her expertise spans secured physical and digital identity, trusted services and the management of software, technology and industrial operations at organization-wide level to deliver results and positive impact for customers, citizens and stakeholders.

In July 2024 Agnès Diallo was appointed CEO of IN Groupe. Since taking the helm of the company, she has led IN Groupe on a whole new strategic journey to make it the new global leading player for advanced, secure identity solutions, through the projected acquisition of IDEMIA Smart Identity, IDEMIA Group’s division specializing in identity.

Previously, Agnès Diallo was Executive Director of eu-LISA, the European agency responsible for all EU large scale information systems related to security, border control and judicial cooperation. During her tenure, she developed interoperable platforms at the core of the Schengen area’s modernization through digitalization, particularly the Entry/Exit System (EES), one of the most advanced border management systems in the world.

Agnès Diallo also held leadership positions at IN Groupe from 2019 to 2022, serving as Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee, first heading the Group’s Digital Services division and later as Groupe EVP for Strategy, M&A and Performance. Before that, she held executive roles in a major digital group and was a managing director at a leading international strategy consulting firm.

Agnès Diallo is a graduate of Harvard University, ESSEC Business School and the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris.
