Amine Houssaim is the CEO of INNOVX since October 2024, where he leads the company’s vision to drive sustainable growth and innovation advancement in Morocco, Africa, and beyond. He plays a key role in INNOVX’s broader strategy, with a focus on developing next-generation industries, fostering a diverse portfolio of businesses, and supporting ecosystems that contribute to long-term innovation and decarbonized industrial future.

In addition to his role at INNOVX, Amine serves as the CEO of HydroJeel, a pioneering project developer committed to accelerating the hydrogen industry in Morocco and bridging the gap between renewable energy adoption and industrial transformation, positioning Morocco as a key player in the global hydrogen value chain. 

With extensive international experience, Amine is dedicated to advancing technological progress and sustainability both locally and globally. As an energy engineer by training, he has spent over 16 years in the industrial gases sector, holding senior leadership and board positions within Air Liquide subsidiaries across EMEA. Since 2018, he has been deeply involved in shaping the hydrogen economy in Europe, leveraging his expertise in customer processes, industrial partnerships, and both traditional and emerging hydrogen markets.
