Director Public & Government Affairs - Africa, Oracle

Annick Sakho serves as the Director of Africa, Public, and Government Affairs at Oracle Corporation, a leading multinational that offers integrated suites of applications plus secure, autonomous infrastructure in the Oracle Cloud. With over three decades of experience supporting private enterprises and public institutions in their digital transformation, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening Oracle’s engagement with African governments on key technological issues, including digital sovereignty, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Her efforts enable governments to leverage cutting-edge technologies to modernize operations, accelerate digital transformation, and drive innovation in alignment with industry advancements, utilizing Oracle’s solutions.

Based in Abidjan, she oversees Oracle’s activities in Côte d’Ivoire as Country Leader. Annick leads Oracle’s Corporate Social Responsibility and engagement initiatives with civil society, ICT, and academia. She leads Oracle’s Women’s Leadership Program for West Africa. Through this program, she promotes women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and encourages young women to pursue careers in technology. Annick holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from Telecom SudParis (France), is a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accredited manager in the UK, and has over 35 years of professional experience in technology across Africa.
