Ayoola Otuyalo is a distinguished business leader and entrepreneur with 25 years of expertise in strategy and business development. As the Group Managing Director of Prime Atlantic Limited, he 
has forged global strategic alliances and driven innovation across diverse sectors, including oil and gas, food and beverage, maritime, aviation, and the public sector.

Ayo is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Prime Atlantic Group with four joint ventures/subsidiaries namely, Prime Atlantic Cegelec (PACE), Falck Prime Atlantic Ltd (FPA), West Atlantic Energy Limited (WAEL) and Prime Atlantic Global Instruments (PAGI) all rendering services to the Oil and Gas industry.

Via his various partnerships with renowned European Oil and Gas Service Companies, Ayo has demonstrated his commitment to developing Nigerian content and competencies in the Oil and Gas industry. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Oil and Gas Training Association of Nigeria.
