Chioma Njoku is currently the Director of Programmes at the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation. With a robust background in Economics and International Development, she has dedicated her career to driving impactful change across various sectors, including grassroots development, public policy, and digital transformation.
Beyond her extensive experience in delivering grassroots development programmes in maternal health, sustainable agriculture, education, and WASH, her expertise extends to public policy development, reform conceptualisation, implementation, and evaluation. Currently, she is at the forefront, supporting the digital transformation journey of Nigeria’s Civil Service.
Notable Projects and Initiatives:
- Successfully digitalised the OHCSF, enhancing operational efficiency and transparency and the implementation of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2025 (FCSSIP25) across federal Ministries.
- Facilitated the capacity development of over 300 African public servants from approximately 140 Ministries, Departments, and Agencies across five African countries.
- Supporting digitalisation initiatives in Nigeria’s Federal Civil Service Commission, Federal Ministry of Justice, and Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment.
