As CEO of Jack Hammer Global, Debbie leads a group of companies specializing in executive search, fractional talent, and leadership coaching. This includes Jack Hammer Africa (Africa’s largest executive search boutique), Jack Hammer USA (rated Top 5 executive search in Edtech in the US), and Virtual Coaching Partners (a leading online executive coaching platform). She is also Founding Partner of the Africa Partner Network, a pan-African association of workforce and talent solutions. 

With over 20 years of experience, Debbie has guided boards and CEOs in making critical leadership decisions, working with progressive leaders to create thriving workplaces. 

Her books, “IntheFlow” and “The Living Room Leader,” are acclaimed bestsellers; she also hosts the Top 10 business podcast “On Work & Revolution”, where she interviews pioneering guests on what’s shaking up in the world of work.

Formerly an award-winning dancer and choreographer, she maintains her passion for dance, and is currently a US Pro-Am Ballroom Dance champion.
