Chief Diana Chen is the Chairman & Group CEO of Choice International Group and Vice Chairman of the China-Africa Business Council (Nigeria). A trailblazing business leader and visionary investor who has led over $2B in cross-border investments into Africa’s mobility, technology, and infrastructure sectors.

Under her leadership, Choice International Group, parent company of CIG Motors Company Limited, GAC Motor Nigeria, and Lagride Nigeria Limited has been at the forefront of industrial innovation. Chief Chen brokered a landmark joint venture partnership with the Lagos State Government bringing GAC Motor Nigeria and Lagride Nigeria Limited; creating a cutting-edge, transformative mobility solutions and industrial projects. She also championed the launch of LAGRIDE, Nigeria’s first tech-enabled, safety-focused e-hailing service, and established a state-of-the-art automotive assembly plant.

A recipient of multiple chieftaincy titles and Vanguard Newspaper’s Foreign Investor of the Year award. In 2025, she co-authored the global anthology Her Story: Taking Root, Sparking Change, where she reflects on rooted leadership and Afro-Asian economic diplomacy.
