Ebenezer joined MTN Ghana in 2008 as Head of Sales and Distribution and became CEO of the Rwandan operations in 2013, where he led a business turnaround. He was appointed CEO of MTN Ghana in 2015. His tenure was marked not only by consistent, profitable, and sustainable growth of the company but also by visionary and transformative leadership—illustrated by the scaling of the disruptive Fintech platform: mobile money services (MoMo), which revolutionized payment services and enhanced financial inclusion. Ebenezer is currently Senior Vice President of MTN Group Markets, overseeing around 18 countries. Previously, in 2017, he served as Vice President for the Southern and East Africa and Ghana (SEAGHA) region of MTN Group.
