Hashir MABIGNATH SALL holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Project Management.

He served as a Wealth Management Advisor (Private Banker) at Société Générale Sénégal, the leading bank in Senegal.

In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Director General of the National Agency for Investment Promotion of Gabon (ANPI-Gabon).
