Karim Benarras’s biography is that of a man who builds more than infrastructure—he forges pathways toward a more prosperous, self-reliant, and united African future.

A graduate of the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in Paris, Mr. Benarras brings over 18 years of experience in civil engineering and public works. He has held positions of increasing responsibility at ORANO, COLAS, and BOUYGUES Construction, advancing from site engineer to works director and ultimately to project director.

For more than three years, he has served as Deputy Director of the Road Division at PORTEO SA. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in technical structuring, strategic prioritization, and the oversight of the group’s major international projects.

Mr. Benarras embodies a new generation of committed leaders dedicated to developing autonomous, sustainable, and high-performing infrastructure across Africa.
