Kaushik Burman is the CEO of Spiro, based in Dubai. He has over 20 years of experience in the energy and mobility sectors. Prior to Spiro, Kaushik was the General Manager at Gogoro, where he led the company’s global expansion into markets such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Korea, and India. He also served as Managing Director for Gogoro India.

His career began at Shell plc, where he held various leadership positions across Europe and Asia. Kaushik holds an MBA from INSEAD, an advanced technology and policy program from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University College of Engineering (OU, Hyderabad), along with an MBA from FMS Delhi.
