Manal Bernoussi, founder of Leaders On Purpose in Morocco, is an international MC, moderator, and host of the awarded Leaders On Purpose podcast. She is an engineer graduated from INSA Lyon and NUS Singapore and holds an MBA from Columbia University and Africa Business School.

With 18 years of experience in finance and consulting, Manal has held executive positions, notably at Casablanca Finance City, where she contributed to positioning the financial hub on strategic topics such as fintech and sustainable finance.

In 2022, she was named one of the 50 inspiring women in Morocco by Challenge magazine. In 2023, she was recognized among the top 200 content creators on LinkedIn. In 2024, she earned the Special Jury Prize at the EMEC Awards for her podcast.
