Mills Schenck is the head of Boston Consulting Group’s Nairobi office and leads BCG’s global development topic.  He is a core member of BCG’s Strategy practice area and has experience leading strategy and transformation work across a wide range of industries.  Mills is also a leader in BCG’s Social Impact practice area, and has deep experience supporting international donors, NGOs, and development agencies in East Africa.
