With over 17 years of experience in the Telecommunications sector, including 8 years as CEO, Mitwa NG’AMBI has worked in several countries such as Benin, Senegal, Ghana, as well as Rwanda and Cameroon, from where she was appointed to Côte d’Ivoire.

She has a rich and diverse background in technology, marketing, and strategy.

Mitwa holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Joensuu in Finland and several high-level certifications in leadership and business strategy.

She was honored by MTN Group, as CEO of the Year 2023, for her outstanding results leading MTN operation in Cameroon.

Mitwa NG’AMBI breaks new ground as the first female CEO of MTN Côte d’Ivoire, making her the first woman to lead a telecommunications company in the country.
