With over 25 years of experience in leadership positions, Mr. Hettiti brings extensive expertise to his current position.

In this role, Mr. Hettiti oversees operations, sales, and strategic project execution. Prior to joining OCP Africa, he played a key role at JESA (Jacobs Engineering SA), where he gained extensive program and operational management experience in the engineering sector.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hettiti has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving the agricultural ecosystem in Africa. He has held influential positions in various regions, from Central Africa to West Africa, and now East Africa.

Mr. Hettiti holds an engineering degree from the Mohammedia School of Engineering, an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, and an EMBA obtained in partnership with Columbia Business School. He also holds two certificates from Harvard Business School in Transformational Executive Leadership. His Project Management Professional certification since 2012 underscores his commitment to excellence and his significant impact on agriculture across the continent.
