With over two decades of experience advising and providing assurance to leading organizations, he currently spearheads the strategic initiatives of a top 500 bank with over $20 billion in total assets.

Kayode’s expertise lies across various verticals including strategy and corporate development, revenue assurance, performance management and cost optimization.  He is also passionate about digital innovation, strongly advocates for collaboration between traditional banks and technology led organizations such as Fintechs.  He has participated in the retail transformation of a wholesale bank, making him an invaluable addition to any organization. Additionally, he brings a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-represented and heard.  

He is currently spearheading the global expansion of Zenith Bank Plc as it makes its entry into the Francophone Africa markets such as the West African Economic Monetary Union (WAEMU), the Economic Community of Central African States (CEMAC) and other markets in Africa such as the East Africa Community (EAC) pursuing both brownfield and greenfield entry mechanisms.
