Sam Kaneda is the founder and CEO of Yo-Ren Limited, established in 2011 to drive impact through innovative business solutions. With a career spanning government, consulting, and the social sector, he began as an Analyst at Japan’s Ministry of Finance, then served as a Principal at McKinsey & Company. He has held advisory roles with UNDP and Kopernik, and currently serves on the boards of Cross Fields, the Social Innovation and Investment Foundation, Aeon Pet, and Linc.
