Rita Maria Zniber is Chairman and CEO of DIANA HOLDING, L.L.C., one of the largest private agro-industrial groups in Morocco, with a turnover of more than 400 million €uros, more than 7,000 direct and 24,000 indirect jobs.

President or Administrator of numerous boards of Directors, founding President of the “Rita Zniber Foundation”, a recognized public utility association working for the cause of Children with no Family, she is the Founder and Honorary President of the association “La Main Tendue”, pioneer in preschool education in rural areas and member of the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity.

A committed businesswoman, confirmed philanthropist and distinguished numerous times, Rita Maria Zniber has been ranked several times among the 100 most influential women in the Arab world, by “Forbes” Magazine and in Africa, by “Jeune Afrique” magazine. Between 2019 and 2024, she received the All Africa Women Leadership Award, in the Economic and Social Development category, “Best African CEO” by the Africa Investments Forum & Awards (AIFA) and the “European Women’s International Leadership Award”.

In December 2017, Rita Maria Zniber received the insignia of “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” of France.
