Throughout his career, Xavier has held development and general management leadership roles at global companies including Danone, Novartis, Novo Nordisk and Baxter, contributing to their strategic growth across African markets.

Today, he draws on this dual expertise – in healthcare and frontier technology – to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions that strengthen last-mile access to essential medical products, especially in remote or underserved areas. With Zipline, he supports Ministries of Health in building resilient, tech-enabled primary care systems.
