Criteria

Headquarters in Africa
Annual turnover in excess of €50m
The family owns at least 50% of the voting rights (25% in the case of a listed company)
At least two generations of the family are active at executive level
The family demonstrates its absolute desire to pass the company on to future generations and assumes its values through the vision and strategic direction of the company
