Dr Khoza is the Executive Chairperson of the Bigen Group, a South African infrastructure development company that operates on the African continent. Before Bigen, Dr Khoza was Executive Manager at the Development Bank of Southern Africa. Dr Khoza has chaired the board of various organisations such the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority and the Water Research Commission.
