Olivier Buyoya is Division Director for West Africa and Sahel at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), based in Dakar, Senegal, where he leads IFC’s strategy and operations across 13 countries to support private sector development.A Burundian national with over 15 years at IFC, he previously served as IFC’s Regional Representative covering several West African countries and has helped mobilize significant investments. Before joining IFC, he worked in banking in Brussels.
