Oluwadamilola Emmanuel provides strategic leadership on Lagos State’s vision for a sustainable and globally competitive ocean and waterways economy, while overseeing operations at LASWA. Under his tenure, he championed the development of ferry terminals, the upgrade of over 20 jetties, and the establishment of West Africa’s first Waterways Monitoring and Data Management Centre. He was instrumental in securing the Omi Eko Project, a landmark water transport modernisation initiative positioning Lagos as a model for urban water mobility in Africa.
