Ms. Sophie Xiaohui Lv is Chief Executive Officer of Winning Consortium Holdings (WCH) and Vice Chair of Winning International Group. At WCH, she oversees the consortium’s strategic operations and its participation in the Simandou iron ore project, one of the world’s most significant integrated mining and infrastructure developments. She works closely with government stakeholders, industrial partners, and financial institutions, with a focus on multi-party collaboration, sustainable development, and alignment with host-country priorities. Her work spans complex institutional environments across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Winning, Ms. Lv held academic and leadership roles at Peking University’s National School of Development and the National University of Singapore, focusing on strategy, institutions, and cross-border collaboration. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
