Dinesh Rathi is Group Finance Director of Tolaram Group, a diversified conglomerate with operations spanning consumer goods, infrastructure and financial services across Africa and Asia. Over more than two decades with the group, he has served as CFO for Nigeria, then as MD and CEO of the Lagos Free Zone – a strategic partnership between Tolaram and the Nigerian government to develop a world-class industrial park and deep-sea port on the Lagos coastline. He also serves as Non-Executive Director of Lekki Deep Sea Port LFTZ Enterprise Limited. A Chartered Accountant and alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he has completed executive programmes at the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford on sustainability and the economics of mutuality.
