Kapumpe Chola is the Chief Executive Officer of FNB Zambia and the first woman to hold the position. She previously served as Country Director for Rand Merchant Bank Botswana and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking at FNB Zambia, with earlier roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Bank Zambia. Her experience spans multiple African markets and the United Kingdom, with a focus on commercial and investment banking, business transformation, and SME development. Kapumpe holds an MBA in Financial Studies from Nottingham University Business School and has completed executive programmes at INSEAD Business School.
