Shelly-Ann FRASER-PRYCE

Olympic & World Championships Medalist, Philanthropist, Pocket Rocket Foundation

Widely regarded as one of the greatest sprinters in history, The Honourable Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, OJ has redefined excellence, resilience, and longevity over an extraordinary 18-year career. Known as the “Pocket Rocket,” she is an eight-time Olympic medalist—including three gold—and the most decorated 100-meter sprinter of all time.

After giving birth to her son Zyon in 2017, she made a remarkable comeback to win gold at the 2019 World Championships, becoming the oldest woman—and the first mother in 24 years—to claim a global 100m title. Over nearly two decades of dominance, she earned 17 World Championship medals (10 gold, 5 silver, 2 bronze) and remains the only sprinter in history, male or female, to win five world titles in the 100m. She concluded her competitive journey at the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo, earning silver in the 4x100m relay before officially announcing her retirement in October 2025.

Off the track, Shelly-Ann is a passionate advocate for youth and education through her Pocket Rocket Foundation, which has supported more than 100 student-athletes across Jamaica. A global icon and enduring symbol of purpose, she continues to inspire women and young people worldwide to chase greatness on their own terms.
