Chantelle is an attorney by profession and currently the Head of Business Integrity at Diageo Partner and Emerging Markets, a certified Ethics Officer, Compliance Practitioner and Fraud Examiner. She has been an Employment Equity manager within the alcohol industry, transforming the company maternity policy from unpaid leave to fully paid leave, also ensuring that female roles were created in the alcohol industry for jobs previously only held by males.

She is passionate about equality for all and currently writing a Master’s thesis on the unethical application of legislation required to empower previously disadvantaged persons in South Africa. In her spare time she loves travelling with her fiancé, she has a fur baby and for wellness she does aerial yoga.
